Manage access to your Superspace account

Learn how admins can configure account access to control who can join your organization.

Updated this week

Superspace gives account admins full control over how people from their organization can join a Superspace account. You can choose the access level that best fits your team’s needs:

  • Private: Only users who are explicitly invited by an admin or an existing team member can join the account.

Note: Admins have full invitation permissions. Users can invite both users and light users, while light users can invite only other light users.

  • Membership by request: Users with an email address from your organization’s verified domain can request access to join the account. Administrators can review, approve, or decline these requests.

  • Open to verified domain: Anyone with an email address from the organization’s verified domain can join the account automatically, without needing an invitation or approval.
