Here’s a closer look at the roles you’ll commonly interact with when working with Superside.

Project Managers

Project Managers (PMs) oversee the daily flow of work. They’re your primary point of contact for briefs, timelines, quotes, and project-specific feedback. Their role is to coordinate tasks, keep delivery on schedule, and make sure information moves smoothly between your team and Superside’s creatives.

Creative Leads

Creative Leads (CL) own the quality and direction of your creative work. They interpret briefs, define the creative approach, and collaborate with designers and specialists to ensure every output is on-brand and aligned with your goals. Their guidance brings consistency across projects and keeps creative decisions tied to your broader strategy.

Customer Success Managers

Customer Success Managers (CSMs) synthesize feedback across projects, monitor workflow performance, and offer strategic recommendations as your needs evolve. They also support planning and subscription decisions to ensure your setup continues to deliver value and scale with you over time.

Creative and Specialists

Creatives turn your briefs, goals, and brand assets into finished work. They collaborate closely with your CL to stay aligned on direction and quality, and refine based on your feedback until it’s approved and ready to use.

Depending on your project needs and subscription, you might also work with specialized teams, such as motion designers, brand designers, illustrators, or other subject-matter experts. These teams support work that requires specific skills or deeper expertise within a particular creative discipline.

Customer Enablement Consultants

Some subscriptions include support from Customer Enablement Consultants. When involved, they help you get started and establish clear ways of working by aligning Superside’s processes with your team’s tools and workflows. Their goal is to ensure a smooth setup and a consistent operational rhythm.

Together, these roles form a single, coordinated team that supports both the execution of individual projects and the overall structure of your collaboration.
