Here’s a closer look at the roles you’ll commonly interact with when working with Superside.

Account Managers

Account Managers (AMs) are your primary point of contact and strategic partner. They oversee your experience from start to finish, bringing together feedback across projects, monitoring workflow performance and helping keep delivery on track and aligned with your goals. They also provide strategic guidance, support subscription planning and identify opportunities to help your partnership grow and deliver ongoing value over time.

Project Managers

Project Managers (PMs) oversee the daily project work. They provide updates on briefs, timelines, estimates and project-specific feedback. Their role is to coordinate tasks and keep delivery on schedule.

Creative Leads

Creative Leads (CL) own the quality and direction of your creative work. They interpret briefs, define the creative approach and collaborate with designers and specialists to ensure every output is on-brand and aligned with your goals. Their guidance brings consistency across projects and keeps creative decisions tied to your broader strategy.

Creative and Specialists

Creatives turn your briefs, goals and brand assets into finished work. They collaborate closely with your CL to stay aligned on direction and quality, and refine based on your feedback until it’s approved and ready to use.

Depending on your project needs and subscription, you might also work with specialized teams, such as motion designers, brand designers, illustrators or other subject-matter experts. These teams support work that requires specific skills or deeper expertise within a particular creative discipline.

Together, these roles form a single, coordinated team that supports both the execution of individual projects and the overall structure of your collaboration.
