Your Superside subscription

Everything you need to know about how your Superside subscription works, what it includes, and how to extend it with Project Boosters.

Your Superside subscription provides ongoing access to creative services and the tools and support needed to manage work efficiently. This article explains how the subscription is structured and what is included.

Admins can view all subscription details in Superspace by going to Account > Plan.

How your subscription works

Each subscription includes two main components:

1. Fixed service fee

The monthly service fee covers access to Superspace, platform maintenance, account operational support, AI-powered workflows, and integrations with tools like Slack and Asana. This cost remains the same each month.

2. Recurring budget

In addition to the service fee, your plan includes a recurring monthly, flexible budget you can allocate however you choose. This is the budget available for project work and planning, including creative production, strategy, co-creation, project management, and out-of-pocket costs.

Additional details about your recurring budget:

  • Unused budget doesn’t disappear immediately. It can roll over for up to three months, so you retain flexibility as your workload changes.

  • You can also add budget for one-time or special projects (‘Project Boosters’) if you need extra capacity beyond your standard monthly allocation.

  • There are no per-user charges; your whole team can collaborate without additional fees.

This structure is designed to keep costs predictable while allowing flexibility in how you use the service.

What’s included in your subscription

Access to Superspace

Superspace, Superside’s project management and collaboration platform, is included with all subscriptions at no additional cost. Because there are no per-seat fees, you can invite as many collaborators as needed to brief, review, and contribute to creative and strategy projects.

End-to-end creative work

Your subscription gives you access to creative and strategic support for the full lifecycle of a project. This includes planning, concepting, design, production, and delivery of final assets.

Strategic guidance and collaboration

You’ll work with a team that helps ensure projects align with your goals. This might include guidance on campaign planning, creative direction, or recommendations for improving workflows and output.

Onboarding and ongoing alignment

Every subscription includes structured onboarding to help you get set up in Superspace and establish your working processes. After onboarding, your team receives regular check-ins and support to maintain alignment and address any evolving needs.

Project Boosters

Only some subscriptions include Project Boosters. To confirm if they’re available for your account, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

A Project Booster is a one-time add-on that temporarily increases your Superside budget to support major projects, giving you extra creative capacity beyond what your standard subscription includes. Before it starts, the Superside team reviews your project scope and timeline to confirm we can support it.

How Project Boosters work

  • Start on the first day of the month.

  • Last for up to three months.

  • Are requested at least two months in advance to ensure capacity.

  • End automatically when the Project Booster period is complete, and the budget doesn’t roll over.

When to use a Project Booster

Project Boosters are helpful when you need short-term additional support, including:

  • Seasonal or high-volume campaigns.

  • Major product launches or company milestones.

  • Large video, brand, or multi-channel projects.

  • Exploratory or experimental creative work.
