Project assets include all files related to your Superspace projects. By default, project members have access to all project assets and can view and comment on the designs.
You can also share individual assets with people inside or outside your organization via a link and protect them with a password.
Users and light users can access assets only from the projects they’re assigned to, while admins can access assets from all projects across the account.
Share an individual asset
To share an individual asset, follow these steps:
In your Superspace account, go to Assets.
Select Project assets.
Alternatively, from Home, go to the Projects section, select the project you want to add resources to, and choose Designs from the upper tabs.Select the asset you want to share.
In the top-right corner of the page, select Share design.
Choose one of the following sharing options:
Project participants only (default)
Anyone at your project with the link
Anyone with the link
When sharing an asset with users who have a link:
For Anyone at your project with the link, password protection is optional.
For Anyone with the link, password protection is required.
To set a password, select Password protected, then reuse the autogenerated password or create a new one.
Select Copy link or Copy link and password, and share it with others.
