You can easily find and reuse assets from your projects in Superspace. All files are centrally organized, so you can search, filter, and download what you need without digging through old projects.
Users and light users can access and download assets from projects they have access to. Admins can access and download assets from all projects in the account.
Access project assets
To access assets from your projects, follow these steps:
In your Superspace account, go to Assets.
Select Project assets.
This opens a centralized library containing all assets created across your projects.
Search and filter assets
Use search and filters to quickly find the files you need.
Use the search bar at the top to find assets by name.
Next to Project assets, select Grouped by project or Grouped by month.
You can also narrow results using filters:
Show final only: View only final, approved files.
Service: Filter assets by service type, such as Branding or Web Designs.
Type: Filter assets by file type, such as PDF or Figma files.
Project: View assets from a specific project.
Collection: Filter assets by collection to view assets from projects grouped under the same campaign, initiative, or wave.
Team: Filter assets by team.
You can combine multiple filters to further refine your results.
Download an asset
Once you’ve found the asset you need, follow these steps to download it:
Click the file to open it.
Select ••• More on the right side of the page.
Select Download.
