You can approve project assets in one of two ways:
Click the approval button in Superspace.
Send a written approval message in the Superspace chat.
Figma files can’t be approved using the button. Approve Figma deliverables by sending a written message in the chat.
What happens after approval
After approval is received, any remaining working files will be prepared and shared, followed by a request for project closure.
If the approved item is part of a larger scope (for example, one of several assets), the Project Manager (PM) will move the project forward and set up the next phase of work.
Request changes after approval
If the project is still active, send a message in the Superspace chat with the changes you need.
If the project is closed, submit a new project brief and reference the original project number.
Approve assets
To approve the assets, follow these steps:
In your Superspace account, go to Assets.
Select Project assets.
Select the asset you want to approve.
Alternatively, from Home, go to the Projects section and select a project. Choose a design to approve from the Messages or Designs tabs.At the top of the page, select Marked as approved.
Select Approve asset to confirm.
