Superspace sends you notifications to keep you updated on your projects. You can receive notifications in two ways: in-app and by email.
Notifications are triggered by:
Project activity and updates
Messages and collaboration events
Design updates and reviews
Account and team-related changes
In-app notifications
In-app notifications keep you informed about activity on your projects in Superspace. When there’s an update, a notification badge appears at the top of your sidebar.
To view your notifications, follow these steps:
Select
Notifications at the top of your sidebar.Review your notifications.
Click a notification to open the related content.
Notifications are marked as read once you view them.
Email notifications
You’ll also receive email notifications for important project updates. These help you stay informed even when you’re not actively using Superspace.
If you’re an admin on the account, you also receive emails with details about your subscription usage. See more details in Manage your subscription usage email settings.
