Superspace sends you notifications to keep you updated on your projects. You can receive notifications in two ways: in-app and by email.
Notifications are triggered by:
Project activity and updates
Messages and collaboration events
Design updates and reviews
Account and team-related changes
In-app notifications
In-app notifications keep you informed about activity on your projects in Superspace. When there’s an update, a notification badge appears at the top of your sidebar.
To view your notifications, follow these steps:
Select
Notifications at the top of your sidebar.Review your notifications.
Click a notification to open the related content.
Notifications are marked as read once you view them.
Email notifications
You'll also get email notifications for important project updates. These help you stay in the loop when you're not actively in Superspace.
Configure your email notifications
Choose how often you'd like to hear from us by email: instantly or as one digest covering your project tasks and updates.
In your Superspace account, select your email address at the bottom of the sidebar.
Select Personal settings.
Under Notifications > Email digest, select a frequency:
Immediately
Every day (default)
Weekly
Biweekly
Select Immediately to receive an email for each notification instead of a digest.
