This article explains how admins can manage subscription usage emails in Superspace. These emails help you stay on top of your balance and monthly activity and avoid unexpected overages.
Admins can receive these subscription usage emails:
End-of-month report. A summary of your usage and creative activity from the previous month.
Middle month balance update. A quick update on how much of your balance you’ve used so far.
Overage warning. A notification sent when your balance has been fully used and your account is in overage.
Update your subscription usage email settings
In your Superspace account, select your email address at the bottom of the sidebar.
Select Personal settings.
In the Notifications section, choose which emails you want to receive:
End-of-month report.
Middle month balance update.
You can’t unsubscribe from overage warning emails, since these provide essential information about your subscription.
