Review your subscription usage

Understand how to monitor usage, analyze team budgets, and review creative spending with Superspace.

In Superspace, admins can monitor subscription usage to stay on top of budgets and ensure every team remains on track.

Get a quick overview of your account

To see a high-level snapshot of the balance activity across your account, go to Account > Balance.

On the Balance page, you can review:

  • Starting balance. The combined starting balance of all team budgets plus the shared balance.

  • Transfers. A list of all balance transfers that occurred during the selected month.

  • Used balance. How much each team—and the Shared balance—has spent during the month.

  • In-progress balance. Funds currently allocated to active projects, broken down by team and Shared balance.

  • Expiring balance. Any funds nearing expiration, shown at the account level with a breakdown by team.

  • Available balance. A low and high estimate of remaining funds, calculated as starting balance minus used balance, and then adjusted for work in progress.

Under Balance status, you’ll also see alerts highlighting teams that are approaching their limits, overspending, or have funds about to expire.

Usage page

The Usage page lets you analyze spending and activity across your organization using the following filters:

  • Month

  • Team

  • Delivery time

  • User

  • Project status

These filters make it easy to understand how budgets are being used over time and across different teams.

Teams page

If you want a team-by-team view, go to the Teams page. Here, you can quickly see:

  • Teams with dedicated budgets.

  • Teams drawing from the shared balance.

Select any team to open its detailed Balance page. Depending on whether the team has a budget, this view shows the following details:

  • Teams with a budget: team’s starting balance, transfers, used balance, expiring balance, in progress balance, available balance, and overages if applicable.

  • Teams with no budget (drawing from the Shared balance): used balance and in progress balance.

To review all projects submitted by a specific team within a selected time period, open that team’s Usage tab. You’ll see a complete list of projects, helping you track how the team is spending its budget and what work is currently underway.

On the Shared balance page, you can review usage details for all teams without dedicated budgets, giving you full visibility into how shared funds are being consumed across the organization.

Analytics dashboard

In the Analytics dashboard, you can also see key usage metrics, such as account usage, project statistics, and usage by users, services, and teams. For more details, see Superspace account analytics dashboard.
