Set up the monday.com integration

Set up the monday.com integration for Superspace and sync items, comments and attachments between monday.com and Superspace.

Only admins can set up the monday.com integration in Superspace.

You need admin access to your monday.com workspace.

Integrate Superspace with monday.com to keep your work in sync. Items in your monday.com boards sync bidirectionally with Superspace projects, keeping updates, attachments and project status aligned.

This article explains how to set up the integration.

Setup happens in two steps and involves both your team and Superside.

Step 1. Invite Superside to your monday.com board

  1. In Superspace, go to Account (at the bottom of the sidebar)> Settings > Integrations.

  2. In the Monday section, copy the Superside integration email address. You’ll need it in the next steps, so keep it handy.

    1. Email format: monday.integration+[account name].[accountId]@superside.com

  3. In monday.com, invite the he Superside integration user to the boards you want to connect. Use the email address you copied in step 2 to send the invite. Note: For detailed instructions on sharing a project in monday.com, see the monday.com documentation.

  4. Let your Superside Account Manager (AM) know you’ve sent the invite.

Step 2: Superside activates the connection

After you notify your AM, the Superside team completes the setup on our end, including the automation configuration on your board.

Your AM will let you know once the integration is ready to use.

Superside may need temporary access to your board automations during setup. Your Account Manager will coordinate this.
