Submit a Superside project from monday.com

Learn how to submit a Superside project from monday.com, track progress and understand how tasks, comments, attachments and due dates sync with Superspace.

Updated yesterday

Before you begin, make sure the integration is set up. For detailed instructions, see Set up the monday.com integration.

To create and submit a Superside project from monday.com:

  1. In your connected monday.com board, create a new item.

  2. Assign the item to Superside Integration. A comment appears in the monday.com item to confirm that it’s linked to a Superside project.

  3. Add all relevant project details, including any supporting resources and the brief in the first comment of the item.

  4. Add a due date to the item. This submits the project to Superside.
Note: If you don’t see a comment confirming that the project was submitted to Superside after you add a due date, contact your Account Manager (AM).

  5. When the project plan is ready, the integration will post a comment to the item. To approve or discuss the project plan, follow the prompts to log into Superspace and review it.

You can track progress in the monday.com item or in the project plan in Superspace.

To communicate with your PM, use either the Superspace chat or monday.com comments. Comments sync both ways between Superspace and monday.com.
