Before you begin, make sure the integration is set up. For detailed instructions, see Set up the Asana integration.
To create and submit a Superside project from Asana:
In your connected Asana project, create a new task.
Assign the task to
Superside Integration. A comment appears in the Asana task to confirm that it’s linked to a Superside project.
Note: In some cases, you may not need to assign the task to this user. Your Account Manager (AM) will confirm this during setup.Add all relevant project details, including the brief in the task description, any supporting resources, and the collaborators involved.
Add a due date to the Asana task. This submits the project to Superside.
When the project plan is ready, the integration will post a comment to the Asana task. To approve or discuss the project plan, follow the prompts to log into Superspace and review it.
Any information you add or update after the due date is added will not be included in the project brief in Superspace. Instead, your Project Manager (PM) will receive the updates as a comment.
You can track progress in the Asana task or in the project plan in Superspace.
To communicate with your PM, use either the Superspace chat or Asana comments. Comments sync both ways between Superspace and Asana.
