Only admins have access to the analytics dashboard, and it’s only available for some subscriptions. To confirm if it’s available for your account, contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).
The Superspace account analytics dashboard gives you a clear view of your account’s activity and balance usage. Instead of tracking things manually, you get one place to see what has been done, what is being worked on, and how much you’ve used so that you can make faster and more informed decisions.
What data is available in the analytics dashboard
The analytics dashboard provides an overview of how your team is using Superside. You can filter this view to include data from the current month plus the past 3, 6, or 12 months—giving you a full view across 4, 7, or 13 months.
Within the dashboard, you’ll find data organized into the following categories:
Account usage. Tracks the percentage of the total balance used from the granted balance over the selected time period.
Project activity. Summarizes project volume and duration for the selected period, including the number of projects, average project size, and average duration.
Usage per user. Highlights how each account member contributes to your total usage.
Usage per team. Shows how teams in your account use your balance.
Usage per service. Breaks down usage by service type.
The overview gives you a high-level summary for each category. To explore more detailed insights, select a specific category.
With this level of visibility, you can better anticipate upcoming needs, adjust your creative plans, and keep projects moving smoothly.
