Manage brand assets

Learn how to organize and maintain your brand assets by creating folders, moving files, renaming or deleting items, and using filters to quickly find what you need.

Keeping your brand assets up to date ensures your Superside team always delivers creative work that’s on-brand.

You can view and manage your brand assets from Assets > Brand assets. From this page, you can:

Filter your view

To help you locate your assets, you can use the following filters:

  • Type. The type file of the assets.

  • Order:

    • Newest

    • Older

    • Alphabetical

  • View type:

    • List

    • Grid

Organize your assets into folders

All Superspace accounts come with a predefined set of folders to help you organize your assets: Illustrations, Icons, Fonts, Guidelines, Images, Templates, and Logos. We recommend using these folders to organize your assets.

To edit and manage a folder:

  1. From the Brand assets page, hover over the folder you want to edit.

  2. Select ••• More.

  3. In the menu that opens, select the action you want to perform:

    1. Add files to folder.

    2. Rename.

    3. Move.

    4. Delete.

To move assets into folders:

  1. From the Brand assets page, hover over the file you want to move.

  2. Select ••• More > Move.

  3. Select the folder you want to move the file to, and then select Move here.

To create a folder:

  1. From the Brand assets page, select Add > New folder.

  2. Fill in the Folder name field, and select Add new folder.

Delete assets and folders

To delete an asset or folder:

  1. From the Brand assets page, hover over the asset or folder you want to delete.

  2. Select ••• More > Delete.

  3. In the confirmation window that opens, select Delete.
