Collections allow you to group multiple related projects under one umbrella, making it easier to organize and manage your work. By grouping projects around a shared theme or goal, you can keep related work together, simplify navigation, and quickly find what you need.
Create a collection
To create a collection, follow these steps:
In your Superspace account, go to Home.
Navigate to the Projects section.
From the Display by dropdown, select Collection.
At the bottom of the page, select + New collection. Alternatively, click + on the right side of the Projects section, then select Create new collection.
In the Name field, enter a title for your collection.
(Optional) In the Description field, add details to describe the purpose of the collection.
In the Add projects to collection window, search for projects and select the ones you want to include.
Select Add selection.
Manage a collection
Manage your collections and projects to keep everything organized. You can add or remove projects, update collection details, or delete collections as needed.
Add projects to a collection
To add projects to a collection, follow these steps:
Select ••• Actions on the right side of the Projects section.
Select Add projects.
In the Add projects to collection window, search for projects and select the ones you want to include.
Select Add selection.
Edit a collection’s details
To edit a collection’s details, follow these steps:
Select ••• Actions on the right side of the Projects section.
Select Edit details.
Edit the name and description.
Select Save.
Delete a project from a collection
To delete a project from a collection, follow these steps:
Hover over the project in the collection.
On the right side, select ••• More actions.
Select Remove from collection.
Select Remove.

Select ••• Actions on the right side of the Projects section.
Select Delete collection.
Select Delete.
