Project groups let you organize multiple related projects under one umbrella, making it easier to manage your work. By grouping projects around a shared theme or goal, you can keep related work together, simplify navigation and quickly find what you need.
Create a project group
To create a project group, follow these steps:
In your Superspace account, go to Projects.
On the right side of the Projects page, select
Create project group.
In the Name field, enter a title for your project group.
(Optional) In the Description field, add details to describe the purpose of the group.
Select Continue.
In the Add projects to group window, search for projects and select the ones you want to include.
Select Add selection.
Manage a project group
Manage your groups and projects to keep everything organized. You can add or remove projects, update project groups' details or delete groups as needed.
Add projects to a group
To add projects to a group, follow these steps:
In your Superspace account, go to Projects.
Next to a project, select ••• More actions > Add to project group.
In the Add project to group window, select:
Existing project group, and search for a group.
New project group to create a new one.
Select Save.
Edit a project group's details
To edit a project group’s details, follow these steps:
In your Superspace account, go to Projects.
From the Display by dropdown, select Project group.
On the right side of the project group you want to edit, select ••• Actions > Edit details.
Edit the name or description.
Select Save.
Delete a project from a group
To delete a project from a group, follow these steps:
In your Superspace account, go to Projects.
Next to a project you want to delete, select ••• More actions > Remove from project group.
Select Remove.

In your Superspace account, go to Projects.
From the Display by dropdown, select Project group.
On the right side of the project group you want to delete, select ••• Actions > Delete project group.
Select Delete.
