Memories are learnings added to your Brand Brain after each project. They help your team capture what “on-brand” means in practice, so creative work stays consistent with your preferences and standards.

To review your memories, go to the sidebar and select Brand Brain. From there, select any memory to view its details.

Group your memories

You can group related memories to keep your Brand Brain organized and easier to navigate, especially as the number of memories grows.

To create a memory group

  1. In your Brand Brain, at the upper-right corner, select Create a group.

  2. Enter a group name and a description.

  3. In the Add memories to group dropdown menu, select the memories you want to add to the group.

  4. Select Create group.

To edit a memory group

  1. Go to Brand Brain > Memory groups.

  2. Select the memory group you want to edit.

  3. At the upper-right corner, select More.

    1. To edit the group details, select Edit group information.

    2. To add new memories to the group, select Add memory to group.

To delete a memory group

  1. Go to Brand Brain > Memory groups.

  2. Select the memory group you want to delete.

  3. At the upper-right corner, select More > Delete group.

Report or suggest an improvement for a memory

Memories work best when they reflect your current brand guidance. If something changes—or if a memory is unclear, incomplete or inaccurate—flagging it helps keep future outputs aligned with your expectations.

To report or suggest an improvement for a memory, follow these steps:

  1. In your Brand Brain, select the memory you want to report.

  2. At the upper-right corner, select More.

  3. Enter your feedback, and select Submit feedback.

The Superside team will review your notes and update the memory based on your feedback.
