Share Superads reports and boards with others

Share Superads reports and boards with clients through a live link, or give them guest access with their own login.

Written by Maria Fernandez

Sharing your Superads data with clients or stakeholders is quick, and you don't need to export anything first.

Unlike tools that send a static screenshot, what you share from Superads stays live. The data always reflects your latest sync, and whoever you share it with can change the date range, click into individual ads and groups, and more—no login required.

You have three ways to share:

  • Publish a single report as a link

  • Publish a whole board as a link

  • Add someone as a guest with their own login

Option 1: Share a report via a link

This is the fastest way to share one report. You publish it, get a unique URL and send it to anyone. The link stays live, so you never need to re-share it when new data comes in.

  1. Open the report you want to share.

  2. Select the Share icon in the upper-right corner of the report.

  3. Select Publish. This generates a unique public URL for the report.

  4. Copy the link and send it to your client by email, Slack or any other channel. Anyone with the link can view the report—no Superads account needed.

If your client needs a CSV or PDF export instead, you can export the report yourself from Superads and send the file separately.

What your client sees

The shared report is fully interactive. Your client can change the date range, switch chart types, select any ad to see the creative and watch video ads directly in the browser.

They can't edit the report, add metrics or see any other reports in your workspace.

Unpublish a report

To revoke access, open the same Share dialog and select Unpublish. The link stops working right away, and anyone who tries to open it sees an access error.

Option 2: Share a board via a link

If you want to share several reports at once—for example, an overview board you built for a client—publish the whole board with a single link. Every report on that board becomes accessible through that one URL, and everything updates automatically.

  1. Open the board you want to share.

  2. Select the Share icon, then select Publish.

  3. Copy the link and send it to your client. Anyone with the link can view the full board and every report on it.

A published board gives your client one bookmark where they'll always find everything related to their account, so you don't need to send multiple links.

Option 3: Add a client as a guest

If your client or stakeholder needs their own login and access to everything in a workspace, add them as a guest.

Guests have read-only access. They can view all reports and boards but can't create, edit or delete anything.

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select All Members. If you want to restrict access to a single workspace, select Workspace Members instead.

  3. Select Invite member and enter your client's email address.

  4. Set their role to guest.

  5. Select Send invite. Your client gets an email with a link to accept the invitation and create their account.

Guests can see every published report and board in the workspace. If you manage data for multiple clients in one workspace, share by link instead.

Remove them from workspace members

For most agency use cases, sharing by link is simplest. Your client doesn't need an account, and you control exactly what they see.

Revoke access

To revoke a shared link, open the report or board's Share dialog and select Unpublish. You can republish it later with a new URL.

To remove a guest, go to Settings > All Members, find the person and remove them from the workspace. They lose access right away.

What to do

The client says the link doesn't work

Check that the report or board is still published. If the Share dialog shows Publish instead of Unpublish, it's been unpublished—select Publish to get a new link.

The client can see the report, but the data looks outdated

Superads syncs data daily. If your client checks right after a campaign update, the latest data may not be in yet. Ask them to refresh the page, or trigger a manual resync from Settings > Data Sources if it's more than 24 hours behind.

The guest invitation email never arrived

Ask your client to check their spam folder. If it's not there, go to Settings > All Members, find the pending invite and resend it, and confirm the email address is correct.

The client wants to download the data

If your client needs a CSV or PDF export, you can export it yourself and share the file separately.
