Superads doesn't charge per seat, per report or per workspace. Pricing comes down to one thing: the total amount you spend on ads across all the accounts you've connected. The more you spend, the more value you get from knowing which ads are working—and that's what your subscription reflects.
The short version
Your subscription cost depends on your total ad spend across all connected accounts over the last 30 days. Spend more, and you move up a tier. Spend less, and you move down. There are no per-user fees, no per-client fees and no limits on reports or workspaces.
Use the billing calculator at the bottom of Settings → Subscription to estimate your cost based on your current spend.
What counts as ad spend?
We calculate spend as the sum of all ad spend from every ad account connected to your Superads organization, across all platforms and workspaces, over the last 30 days.
What's included
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad spend
LinkedIn ad spend
TikTok ad spend
Google Ads is currently in beta and isn't counted toward your spend tier yet.
What's not included
Team members or user seats (unlimited on Professional)
Number of workspaces (unlimited on Professional)
Number of reports or boards (unlimited on Professional)
Clients (manage as many as you want under one subscription)
Only spend from ad accounts you've actively connected counts. If you disconnect an account, we stop including its spend in your tier calculation.
Pricing tiers
Your subscription adjusts each month automatically based on your last 30 days of spend. You'll find the current pricing tiers on Superads.ai/pricing and on your Settings > Subscription page (if you’re an admin).
Pricing is in USD and billed monthly. Taxes may apply depending on your location and billing details. Account admins can add the VAT or tax ID in Settings > Subscription to avoid being charged VAT where applicable.
How to check your current spend and tier
Admins can check the ad spend and tier at any time.
Go to Settings > Subscription.
Check the top of the page for your current monthly spend and tier.
Scroll down to the billing calculator to see how a change in spend would affect your cost.
Why did my price go up?
A few common reasons:
Your ad spend increased last month. Since pricing is based on the last 30 days of spend, a higher-spend month (like a holiday campaign push) can move you into a higher tier. Your price comes back down the following month if spend returns to normal.
A new ad account was connected. If you or another admin added a new ad account to a workspace, its spend gets added to your total. Check which accounts are connected in Settings > Data Sources.
Another workspace joined your organization. When workspaces combine into an organization, we use the total spend across all workspaces to calculate your tier. This can raise your tier if the new workspace had significant ad spend.
If a price increase doesn't make sense, admins can go to Settings > Subscription to check the spend breakdown. Still looks wrong? Reach out via the in-app chat in Superads, and we'll take a look.
How billing works for agencies with multiple clients
You don't need a separate subscription for each client. One Superads subscription covers your entire organization: unlimited clients, unlimited workspaces and unlimited team members.
Your subscription cost is based on the combined ad spend across all connected clients. So if you manage 10 clients spending $50K each, your total connected spend is $500K, and your tier reflects that.
Give each client their own workspace within your organization. This keeps their data separate and lets you control exactly which team members have access to each client.
What if I don't want to connect all my clients?
You choose which ad accounts to connect. Accounts you don't connect don't count toward your spend total. Want to use Superads for only some of your clients? Just connect those accounts.
Annual plans and custom pricing
Annual plans: available for higher-spend accounts. Prefer to pay annually instead of monthly? Reach out via the in-app chat in Superads and we'll set it up.
Enterprise and custom plans: if your organization spends over $1M/month on ads, or you have specific needs around contracts, invoicing or SLAs, we offer custom plans. Get in touch via the in-app chat in Superads or book a call.
