Getting your workspace structure right early saves you a lot of reorganizing down the line—especially if you're running an agency.
A workspace is the container for your ad accounts, boards and reports. An organization can hold multiple workspaces, so you've got room to grow.
Two common structures
Single workspace, multiple boards
Great for in-house teams managing one brand or a handful of related accounts. Create one board per use case — think "Weekly performance," "Creative testing" or "Client X reporting" — all inside a single workspace.
One workspace per client
The go-to setup for agencies. Give each client their own workspace, complete with its own ad accounts, boards and team access. This keeps client data fully separated, and you decide exactly who on your team sees what.
Separate workspaces per client don't mean separate subscriptions. One Superads subscription covers your whole organization—you're billed on combined spend across all workspaces. For more on this, see How does Superads pricing work?
