Only admins can approve project quotes.
After you submit a brief, the team scopes the project and prepares a quote based on your requirements. When your quote is ready, you’ll see a new task in your Superspace Home page.
To review your quote, select Review in the task or go to the Messages tab in your project. If everything looks good, approve the quote, and your Superside team will start working on the project.
In some cases, your Superside team can’t begin work until you approve the proposed quote. However, if you selected Skip estimate approval when submitting your brief, your team can get started right away. Your Project Manager (PM) will share the estimate with you once it's ready.
How Superside prepares your project quote
Your quote is an estimate of the total cost based on the details you shared in your brief. Your Superside team reviews the scope, timeline, and type of creative work needed to determine how best to staff and deliver the project.
Quotes reflect the overall effort required to deliver the project, not individual line items. While detailed cost breakdowns aren’t included, your team is happy to answer any questions or adjust the scope before you approve the quote.
